Focused implementation for founders who don't need another strategy session. They need the right work done.
Sometimes you know exactly what needs to be built. Sometimes you know the result you want and need someone who can work out the right way to get there. Either way, I scope it, quote it as one fixed price and take responsibility for getting it done.
Custom quoted · one defined outcome · one fixed priceNot sure what the problem is yet? Send it anyway. If I can't scope it, I'll tell you.
Or start with a Strategic CafecitoYou have to give me enough of the situation that I can responsibly scope one. Of course a project involves thinking. I'm a strategist doing implementation. Working out the right way to get it done is part of what you're paying for. What a project needs is a finish line I can define and price before we start.
How big can a project be?
A project is anything I can scope, price and take responsibility for before we start, from the one small thing that's been driving you crazy to a build that takes weeks. Same door, different scope, different price.
If it lives somewhere in your sites, strategy y systems and you need me to build it, fix it, connect it or make it work better, it can probably be a project. A few examples of the range:
Your site gets traffic and the journey isn't doing enough with it. I improve a key conversion path, restructure your calls to action, clean up the flow or rework priority pages around one conversion goal.
The foundation's there and specific pages need to perform. I do on-page SEO for a defined group of priority pages, clean up a contained set of technical issues or fix how search traffic moves into the rest of your business.
You already know where the manual bottleneck lives, because it's you. I build or fix a defined workflow, integration, CRM setup or AI workflow so fewer things depend on you remembering, copying, sending, checking or following up.
Your launch depends on four tools that don't talk to each other. I set up the email sequence, the checkout, the payment flow and the tracking so it runs without you watching every step.
Specific pages need work, the copy isn't pulling its weight or the site you need doesn't exist yet. I rewrite the copy, optimize existing pages or build a new site, landing page or sales page that's connected to what's already there.
A branded guide, client resource, lead magnet, social templates or digital product that needs to be designed, written, packaged or set up for sale. If it's digital and it has a finish line, it belongs here.
Every one has a finish line. You're buying a defined outcome I take responsibility for, scoped and priced before anything starts.
Tell me what you want to be different.
Then we start from what we decided. I scope what it takes and give you one fixed price.
Give me enough of the situation that I can scope it responsibly.
Your request tells meSend it through the form. You don't have to diagnose anything or hand me a spec. Tell me what's happening and what you want to be different when we're done.
I read it and work out whether there's enough to scope. If there is, you get the outcome, what I'm taking responsibility for, what I need from you, what isn't included, the timeline and one fixed price. If there isn't, I'll tell you what we'd need to figure out first. I never scope it live on a call.
I get into the platforms, gather what I need and line up the work so the build isn't wasted on hunting passwords, chasing assets or reopening decisions we already made. Prep supports the work and stays inside the scope.
The thinking and the making it takes to get there are mine. While I do it, you go run your business. I'll reach out when I need a decision or an approval.
You go run your business, mija. When it's done, it's tested and documented so you know exactly how it works. You get a walkthrough of what changed and what I'd keep an eye on next. If you'll need support after handoff, we build it into the scope.
You're paying for someone who can walk into your sites, strategy y systems, figure out what the outcome requires and take responsibility for getting it done. No mystery hourly meter. No open-ended list of tasks. We define what I'm responsible for before we start, you know the investment and then I do the work.
Pues, it depends on whether I can define the project. "People aren't buying this product" might be enough for me to look at the situation and scope a conversion project. If I can define the outcome and what I'm responsible for improving, it's a project. "Something somewhere in my marketing is broken and revenue is down" can't be defined yet. When I can't responsibly define what I'd be taking on, we start with a Strategic Cafecito.
The goal is to stop spending money fixing the wrong shit.
You don't have to decide whether this is a project or a Strategic Cafecito. Tell me what's happening. If I can responsibly scope the work, I'll quote the project. If the problem needs investigation first, I'll point you to Strategic Cafecito.

Twelve-plus years in, first-gen grad with a degree in Advertising and PR, now Director of Web and Automation at a HubSpot-certified agency.
I've worked on 100+ sites, from nonprofits to multi-million-dollar businesses. I don't sell hype or quick wins. I build structure: systems that hold, infrastructure shaped around how you move.
Every project is quoted as one fixed price after I've read your request, so you know the number before anything starts.
A focused fix and a multi-part build are both projects. The scope decides the price. Payment terms depend on the size of the project and they're in your quote.
Not always.
If you've already had one, we've worked through the decision, so I scope the work and get it done.
If you know what you want to be different, that's usually enough. Tell me what's happening and I'll send back a scope and a fixed price or tell you it needs a Strategic Cafecito first.
Any size. The one small thing that's been driving you crazy and a multi-week, multi-system build both belong here. What makes it a project is a finish line I can scope before we start and the fact that I'm the one doing the work.
The usual territory: a conversion path, a group of pages for SEO, a workflow you're still doing by hand, a launch that needs its email and checkout connected, a digital product that needs to be built and selling or a new landing page.
Then I tell you before you pay for anything. That's what reading your request and scoping it are for.
If we'd need to dig into your whole ecosystem first, start with a Strategic Cafecito. If the website can't responsibly be treated as an isolated build because the strategic foundation and surrounding ecosystem need to be rebuilt too, we're talking about Website con Intención.
Some things need fixing. Some need building.
Sometimes your business has outgrown its infrastructure. Sometimes it hasn't. Sometimes the foundation is solid and one important part of the machine isn't doing its job. Sometimes the piece you need was never built. That's what this is for.
